The opinion of the court was delivered by These appeals stem from default judgments entered in favor of the plaintiff, Steven L. Tyler, d.b.a. Tyler Acoustical Ceiling and Drywall Company against Cowen Construction, Inc., defendant. For convenience we will refer to the parties as plaintiff or Tyler, on the one hand, and defendant or Cowen on the other. The pertinent facts in each case are identical except as to dates, times and amounts. The parties are the same, the appeals were consolidated for hearing, and we shall attempt, as best we can, to make one opinion do for both appeals.
